How we operate

Four things that are true of everything we own.

Built and operated in-house
Each platform is developed, run and supported by the company that owns it. Nothing core is outsourced, so the people who ship the software are the people accountable for it.
Compliance designed in
Regulatory requirements are treated as product constraints from the first commit, not as a policy page added before launch. In the categories we work in, that is the difference between a product and a liability.
Least data, least surface
Systems are built to hold as little as they can and expose no more than they must. Data that is never collected cannot be leaked, and a smaller surface is a smaller problem.
Independent brands
Every platform stands on its own name, in its own market, with its own standard to meet. The parent company stays deliberately out of the way.

Acquisitions

We buy software products and operate them.

Alongside the platforms we build, Antypas Ventures acquires established software products and businesses outright and takes over running them. We are an operator, not an investor: we buy things we intend to run ourselves, indefinitely.

What we buy: B2B software with paying customers, in communications, marketing or an operationally demanding niche. Sole ownership only.
Size: Small and mid-sized products where the technology is sound and the operation has been under-resourced rather than mismanaged.
What happens after: The product keeps its own name and its own customers. We take on development, infrastructure and support directly, as we do with everything we own.
What we are not: Not an investment fund. We do not take minority positions, we do not manage money for anyone else, and we do not resell what we buy.
